After you meet with a member of the marketing staff and determine that Simpson
House is right for you, follow these easy steps to reserve the apartment of
your choice.
-
Complete the application, which includes basic financial, personal and health
information. Return it with the non-refundable application fee of $200 per
person.
-
After your application is reviewed, you may choose the apartment that best
suits your lifestyle. A deposit of $5000 is required to hold the apartment for
60 days.
-
If the apartment of your choice is not available, you can sign a Wait List
Agreement, and you will be contacted in the order your Waiting List agreement
was received. A $1000 refundable deposit must accompany the agreement.
-
Schedule an appointment with your personal physician for a complete physical
examination. When Simpson House receives the written results, an appointment
will be made for you with a Simpson House physician for a review of your
medical history.
-
Your move-in date will be scheduled. At that time, the balance of the entrance
fee plus the maintenance fee for the remainder of the current month will be
due.
